Shimonada Station is an unmanned railway station on the JR Yosan line in Iyo City. It is a popular attraction among locals and visitors from other regions across Japan. People come to enjoy and photograph the serene ocean view in both daylight and sunset. Probably unbeknownst to many visitors, the station is also featured in Studio Ghibli's famous animated movie Spirited Away.
